1. Introduction

Welcome to TaxiPartner, an online marketplace that connects taxi drivers across India with seamless services including state tax handling, app support, and administrative tools. By using our app or website, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

“TaxiPartner” refers to our platform and associated services.
“Driver” refers to any individual or business using our services.
“We”, “us”, “our” refers to the TaxiPartner team and legal entity.

3. Use of Services

You may only use our services if you are legally eligible and have provided accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misleading, inactive, or violate Indian law or these terms.

4. Payments & Charges

• All service fees are clearly displayed before any transaction.
• We collect state entry taxes and remit them to the respective authorities on your behalf, along with a service fee.
• Invoices and downloadable tax receipts are provided after every transaction.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please do not share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, icons, designs, and documents generated by TaxiPartner are the property of our company. You may not reuse or reproduce them without prior written consent.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Data collected through the app is only used to offer and improve our services. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are issued only in cases where a service was not delivered as promised (e.g., tax not paid but payment deducted). A refund request must be raised within 48 hours. Read our Refund Policy for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

TaxiPartner will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid in the last 3 months for services on the platform.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings shall be initiated only in the jurisdiction of Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
