• The platform only facilitates payment of government-mandated state taxes.
• Users must select the correct state, vehicle type, and journey details.
• Incorrect information may result in penalties or rejection by authorities.
• Refunds, if any, are subject to government rules and approvals.

4. Payments & Charges

• Users agree to pay applicable government fees and platform service charges.
• GST may apply on platform service charges as per law.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• TaxiPartner is not responsible for bank or gateway-related failures.

5. Receipts & Documents

• State tax receipts and invoices are provided after successful payment.
• Documents are delivered digitally in PDF format.
• Users are responsible for downloading and storing their documents.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or forged documents or details.
• Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• System manipulation, hacking attempts, or misuse of receipts.
• Uploading malicious software or harmful content.

7. Service Availability
