Refund Policy

TaxiPartner provides a platform for taxi drivers to make state tax payments, create bills, and use wallet-based transactions. Due to the nature of our digital and government-integrated services, refunds are limited to specific conditions outlined below.

1. Border/State Tax Payments

Once a state tax payment is successfully processed and the receipt is generated, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The payment is made directly to the respective government authority, and we only act as a service facilitator.

2. Wallet Recharge

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once the amount is added and used for any service. If you recharge your wallet but do not use any funds, you may contact our support team within 48 hours for a refund review.

3. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, or the payment fails but the amount is deducted, we will verify the transaction and initiate a refund within 5-7 working days after approval.

4. Billing Services

Digital bills and invoices generated through the app are considered delivered once created and are not eligible for refunds unless there's a proven technical failure or double billing.

5. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, please email us with your transaction ID and mobile number at info@taxipartner.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
